We may collect your name, email address, business details, project requirements and any information you include in an enquiry. If you become a client, we may also process billing, contractual and project-delivery information.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals.
- To enter into and deliver contracts for our services.

- To protect our website and prevent misuse.
- To send marketing only where we have permission or another lawful basis.
Our usual lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business.
Sharing and storage
We only share information where necessary with providers supporting website hosting, form delivery, email, project management, payments, accounting or professional advice. Our website is hosted through Netlify, and contact-form submissions may be processed through its infrastructure.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards supplied by those providers.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months. Client, contractual and financial records may be retained for up to seven years where needed for legal, tax or dispute purposes. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your information, and to request data portability. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Cookies and analytics

If you accept, Google Analytics 4 may use cookies and receive information about your visit so we can understand website use. We do not load the analytics tag before you accept. You can change your decision through the “Privacy choices” button; rejecting analytics after accepting removes Braelum’s first-party Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page.
Google and other external services, including font delivery, may receive technical information such as an IP address when their resources load. We do not use advertising cookies. If our technology or practices change, we will update this policy and its date.
